Refund policy

Returns & refunds

We hope you love your Senzanulla products. If there is a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Due to the nature of our products as handmade personal care items, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an item has been opened or used.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:

  • your item arrives damaged
  • your item is faulty
  • you receive the wrong product

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

(include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly)


Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • soaps
  • skincare products
  • haircare products
  • deodorants
  • any opened or used personal care items

We also do not accept returns on:

  • sale items
  • gift cards

Made-to-order products

Many of our products are handmade to order.

If an item you purchase is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email with an estimated dispatch time and give you the option to:

  • wait for the product to be made
  • choose a different variant
  • or receive a full refund

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

European Union customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that due to hygiene and safety regulations, this right does not apply to:

  • opened skincare or cosmetic products

  • sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery
