All Senzanulla products are handmade in small batches.

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.
Some products, particularly soaps, may take longer if they need to be made fresh.

If an item you order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email with an estimated dispatch time and offer you the option to:

• wait for the product to be made
• choose a different variant
• or receive a full refund
